Breathwork
Our breath is the thread that weaves together our body, mind and deeper consciousness. Breathwork helps us access deep states that aren’t always easy to get to. It helps us to clear out any trapped energy or emotions, and connects us with our highest selves and our innate wisdom. It teaches us, that by altering our breath we can change our experience.
Equine-Assisted Self-Exploration
The horses of the Swift Wind Herd will be our partners during this experience— their wisdom and sensitivity acts as a beautiful mirror that helps us to connect with parts of ourselves that words can’t always reach. We’ll experience how when we soften in their presence, they help us tap into a spiritual realm, and further connect with our innate knowing.
Sound / Vibrational Meditation
Sound and vibration work with us on a cellular level to support health, integration, grounding, and deep relaxation. This is a time to receive, and to embody the learnings from the day.

Equine-Assisted Self-Exploration
I have worked with horses my whole life and it is an honor to share the wisdom, beauty and power of the Swift Wind Herd at Mahalo Aina Sanctuary on Hawaii’s Big Island. This incredible herd of horses are the ultimate teachers, they have the ability to show us things about ourselves that we man not even be aware of.
They are mirrors to what’s going on within us and by collaborating with them we open up an expanded awareness of ourselves, and all the we connect with in our lives. They have the power to make the unconscious conscious, opening up the gate to deep transformation.
I also offer Embodied Horsemanship Classes, I have a passion for working with those who are eager to ride horses by first guiding them into a much more profound process of connection by learning horse language, herd dynamics and the art of horse whispering.

SOUND / VIBRATIONAL HEALING
Sound and vibrational healing instruments create a beautiful experience where mind, body, and spirit are awakened gently and lovingly at cellular level. This beautiful modality brings us into a highly relaxed state from which our bodies can self-heal, and our whole beings are brought back into balance.
My training includes certification from the International School of Nadi Yoga / Sound Healing Nepal, working directly with sound healing master Anup Panthi in the foothills of the Himalayas, along with Healing Drum Intensives with Irma Star Spirit.

BREATHWORK
Our breath is our life force and with this powerful practice we connect deeply with our breath, our hearts and our souls to enter an expanded state where we can work with stuck energy, patterns, and ways of being. A powerful release for body and mind.
Join us for Breathe Aloha community breathwork sessions Thursdays at 1:30pm at Mahalo Aina Sanctuary in Papaaloa, Big Island (please call, text or email for more information.)
Hā, The Breath of Life - The ancient Hawaiians knew that breath was the key to good health. The Hawaiian word for breath is ha, but ha has many other meanings. It means exhale. And since the old Hawaiians were deeply aware that without breath there is no life, ha also means life.

SHINRIN YOKU (FOREST BATHING)
Connect deeply with your natural surroundings, and yourself in a whole new way. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, led by your senses and supported by the wisdom of the natural world around you.
